Als wir unser Zimmer betraten, fielen uns sofort die Krümel auf dem Teppich auf. Ein Blick auf den Badezimmerboden bestätigte unsere Befürchtung: hier war wohl nicht geputzt worden. Also haben wir ein neues Zimmer verlangt, und das nebenan bekommen. Dort der gleiche Anblick, Bett gemacht aber Boden dreckig. War wohl dasselbe Zimmermädchen. Wieder an der Rezeption beschwert, diesmal ein Zimmer auf einer anderen Etage bekommen. Hier war zwar alles sauber, dafür war der Lack der Klobrille stellenweise abgeblättert. Das war uns dann aber letztendlich egal, haben die einfach mit Sagrotan geputzt. ||Das gute an dem Hotel ist der kostenlose Shuttleservice. Haben uns zum Kneipenviertel fahren lassen und unser Fahrer war wirklich super nett und hat mit uns noch eine kleine Stadtrundfahrt gemacht und viel zur Stadt erzählt. Wir hatten ihn nach einem guten und günstigen Restaurant gefragt und er empfahl uns das "Flying Fish" – wir wurden nicht enttäuscht, es war wirklich einmalig und lecker!||Das Frühstück im Hotel war so lala. Die Kaffee- und Heißwasserbehälter waren nicht beschriftet, man wusste also nicht, ob man jetzt koffeinfreien Kaffee erwischt hat. Da sich das Personal kaum blicken ließ, konnte man auch keinen fragen. Milch für die Cerealien war auch erstmal nicht aufzutreiben, man konnte nur aufgrund der großen Milchpfütze an einer Stelle vermuten, das es welche gegeben hatte. Eine neue volle Kanne wurde etwa 10 Minuten später hingestellt. ||Die gute Service Bewertung bekommt das Hotel auch nur für den Fahrer des Shuttles, der allein hätte 5 Punkte verdient. Der Rest war einfach ein Trauerspiel...

How in the world you can book a room at a hotel that is closed for renovations is beyond me. I booked a month in advance and showed up for my trip to find that I didn’t have a place to stay for the night. To make matters worse a concert was in town so just about every hotel was booked. They have a number on the door to call for “inquiries” that just calls the hotel that is closed. They have my money and I have no room. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I don’t care if the renovations turn this place into a 12 star hotel. I will never book there ever again and I suggest you don’t either.

Positive: I didn't stay at this hotel. Negative: I pulled up to this hotel at around 830pm the night I was supposed to check in. I was travelling to Little Rock with my 7 year old daughter for the eclipse. To my surprise, the hotel was closed for renovations. Negative: ""

We rented three rooms this past weekend for our employees so we could get away from work and enjoy some time together. Our air conditioner in our room didn't work and they quickly changed my family to another room that felt wonderful. The front desk employees were very nice and accommodating. The housekeeping staff were quick to get us additional supplies that we needed. Milo, the ground keeper was so helpful as well. The rooms were very clean. We have stayed at this location several times in the last few years and have always been pleased.

The front desk ladies were great but this hotel was NOT AT ALL what I expected. Everything about this stay was bad!! The garage in the back with no secured parking, no working gate and homeless gentlemen that are just "hanging out" to the misrepresentation of how our stay would be based on the lobby area. I couldn't even take pictures of our room because I was too upset! Mildew around d the tub, stains in the toilet, dirty sheets and paint peeling of the walls. We literally slept on top of the covers with all out clothes on and my hoodie over my head! Yes, we cut this stay short and left bright & early the next morning! I was so disappointed - although it sits in the middle of everything - it's still not worth staying at. Sorry, but one star was too much!!

For 90 a night you'd think they'd have a working TV at least and when I'd requested an HDMI cable for the room since theirs was missing, I was told a maintenance person would come. Didn't happen for over an hour towards two. I offered to just get the cable and do it myself so the guy wouldn't have to do it but nope. The maintenance guy was really nice though. The window in my room had smears all over it and wasn't cleaned. The parking garage is trashed and there was rotting food in the elevator. Finding a working ice machine didn't happen. Cleaning and observations of if rooms are ready are completely missing.

We've used this hotel for years when we've been in town for medical reasons at Children’s but I think I'm done. It has only gotten worse and worse as time has gone on.

NEVER EVER BOOK HERE!!! There was mold all throughout the room. The sheets had not been changed from the previous guests (huge sweat stains?). The bathroom was atrocious like it had never been cleaned and once again mold. The smell made it hard to breathe. When I came to check in there was no one at the front desk. Then when I tried to call the front desk no one answered (multiple times). Honestly this place made me feel super uncomfortable and unsafe. This place deserves to be shut down. It’s a health and safety risk to even stay here. Shame on whoever owns this place yet I don’t think they care based on the other reviews I’ve read.
