Minus two stars for their lack of masking. Employees and majority of patrons do not to wear masks in the height of covid-19 (mid Jan 2021 during the spike of cases after winter holidays). Friday after 5pm is $5 drop in, a popular time, and not only is there lack of masking, but also not much room to maintain 6ft distance in the front area. It felt like a college party to be honest. I'm giving this review three stars because I support rock climbing, the workers are nice, and the $5 Friday is a great idea.

Super fun place! The have bouldering, a little weight room, a large CrossFit room and a bunch of little things to do body weight/calisthenics type workouts. They also have tight ropes!

It felt like an adults playground and everyone was super friendly and helped each other. The community is great!

All for $7 after 5pm! Loved it

Wow, great little gym just tucked away in down town San Antonio. The routes are good, there are routes for all difficulty levels. You can only boulder at this gym. But there is plenty to do. The gym is small but there are plenty of holds and routes to get a great work out or to just learn rock climbing. The staff are very friendly and precessional. The rates are awesome ! Only 12 bucks for a day pass! Will def be coming back !

new to climbing/bouldering, and this place is a great start. smaller gym but challenging . some folks complain about it being difficult but thats something i really enjoy about this place. if the climb is getting the best of me im not going to complain about it being unfair, ill just go one grade lower and work on my strength, stamina, and technique.
if i had to list one con, it would be the parking. but thats not really solvable unless the midas went out of business or agreed to share the lot after hours

To begin, I started bouldering about a month and a half ago. I'm 20, and (I like to think) pretty strong and at the two other bouldering gyms ive been to, they offer a wide range of difficulty and wall types for people of all types. This simply isn't so for this place. While the walls are constantly changing, as is true for all bouldering gyms, when I went they had exactly 4 climbs I was able to complete. The difficulty floor at this gym is incredibly high, and I struggled with some of the v1s here. Most of the walls are at a decline, for an even larger disadvantage. If you are incredibly skilled at bouldering, this is the place for you. Aside from that, it doesn't offer much to those of us who only boast average skills or just getting into the hobby. Customer service was very good however, and is where they are getting most of their points.

First time visiting! They really make use of their space here. Definitely enjoyed the variety! There’s climbing, silks, slack lining and more.

So I'm a very nervous and anxious person, and I'm not a fan of regular gyms or very physically active in the first place.

BUT The moment I walked in I felt good about this place. The manager on the bouldering side, Lupe, is super chill and very helpful. The gym on the other side is great for classes, and everyone seems like they know everyone else. Lots of different gym equipment, and it even incorporated walking outside for part of the class. Very fun.

The bouldering side offers a lot of different skill level climbs, but if you are looking for a harness, this place doesn't have one, but they do have very thick pads to fall on and they are very comfortable.

Very friendly environment, decent pricing for a local gym with different membership options. If you are tired of a regular gym experience, and want to work with people that actually seem like they care about helping people reach their goals, this might be worth a visit.

It's a fun gym to climb at. But it's always dirty, seems like nothing is ever cleaned. Staff was never at the desk so took forever to get a day pass, and even after I did i couldn't buy any drinks since they weren't there. I see that it's friendly but not much of a business with how they run things.
