Staying in this hotel has for the most part been very pleasant. Sarah, Wishlor and Jacksanit have been amazing with their guest service and keeping everyone informed and calm throughout Hurricane Milton. Wishlor always has a smile on her face and makes everyone feel very welcomed. Sarah is great at maintaining a calm demeanor and ensuring guests safety and peace. |Now the one employee that I will say may need to be retrained on customer service or moved on from is Ebony. Ebony is the least graceful out of the staff here, with her very rude demeanor and consistent attitude. She is not approachable and very abrasive. |My family and I truly thank the staff here for their kindness, compassion and friendliness.

The stay was great , no problems, staff was great to deal with , I did have an issue with the assistant manager and her attitude when I asked her to print by business folio. I told her I would have Sarah print and her attitude was very bad. Hotel is kept Prestine all the time. They got the washer situation fixed. Managed extremely well. Handler the hurricane great and I know as a professional that the reason everything was so at ease I’d because of great planning.

Maria did an excellent job checking us in! She was very welcoming and did a great job describing the property and it's amenities. She offered a great customer service and a very inviting presence. The staff, and even the other guests, were very welcoming. I greatly look forward to our stay!

Greatest place in Orlando young lady was great at the front counter. Place was awesome and they were good with customer. Nice place around the hotel and plus there's great food place all around the area. They made sure my room was clean before going into my room excellent place hight recommend

This was not a good experience for us. We arrived to a locked door and the desk staff didn't buzz us in at first. We got in because someone else had a door key. Yes, this was the FRONT door and the access to the desk. That made me a little worried right off the bat. Why was that needed?! Next it took a little bit for them to finally get us checked in. We received 2 keys but only 1 of them worked. Arrived at our room and finally got in with the second key we had. Stepped in and TRIED to turn on the lights, nothing happened. We held open the door and used our phone to try all the lights in the room and finally found we could turn on only the bathroom light. It was weird, but there was a breaker box in the room so we checked the breakers but none were tripped. Back down to the desk we went. Once there, the response from the staff was "oh, we thought they had fixed that issue". Obviously not! So we asked for another room with 2 beds since that what we had booked. This was a friend and I, not my husband and I so we really wanted separate beds. They had nothing with 2 beds to offer us so their next offer was "ok, I'll check you out then". Nothing about seeing if they could find us another room, no points for our trouble, nothing, nada. Just a good luck and out the door we went. I have been traveling several times a months since 1985 and this was the worst service and resolution of a problem I've ever had. Then to top it off, when all the check in stuff was going on, she left my DL in her copier and I left without it. Hopefully after me calling them they've mailed it to me like I requested. I didn't realize I was missing it until I was checking into another hotel that was lovely and the staff were so nice and helpful. What a debacle this reservation was.....

Room was very clean.. beds was comfy & there even pet friendly. I travel with a small dog & the experience was great. They had hot coffee downstairs in the morning. This is a total experience I’ll love to come back to enjoy if I ever need a room to rent.

Marianella offers great customer service and was available during my stay. Extremely Clean Rooms. I recommend staying here above all other Extended Stays. Only Paid $65 per night. Right in the heart of all the attractions. Fitness Center, Clean and Perfect.
