I really enjoy working out at Fit Tribe Gym!! The experience has changed my life and health in an amazing way. Sam, Krys and all the trainers are personable and really challenge me to do my very best so that I’m able to accomplish my personal fitness goals. I’ve always been a little afraid of the gym, but this place has been nothing short of amazing. I’ve been coming here for about a month and I am loving every minute of it. I find myself looking forward to coming to class not only for the workouts, but for the people as well. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. They really promote an inclusive and engaging environment. All of the coaches show that they genuinely care about your overall health and fitness needs, and will definitely put on a path to reaching your goals. Best decision I’ve ever made!

I'm loving my Fit Tribe workouts! The workouts are challenging and fun and the coaches are great! They are attentive, motivating and helpful. I'm definitely seeing progress in how I feel and how my clothes fit. I'm so glad it has become part of my routine!

I’ve worked with Sam since FEBRUARY 2008 and was so excited when he and his wife opened their own gym. Fit Tribe is truly a family and I’m so grateful to have a safe place and trainers I can trust to teach me new skills, keep me on track with my goals, and strong.
They offer everything from group classes to personal training which is perfect for both my daughter and I.
We love our coaches and all the effort and care they put into training us.

It's a difficult to find words that Express how grateful I am for Fit Tribe Gym! My life has changed since the moment I walked through that door! The amount of fat loss and muscle gain I have experienced in the last 11 months is unexplainable!! My only regret is not going sooner!
