This review is for the aquatics area: One of the biggest selling points for family’s with kids who get memberships at this location to find it closes early and it’s rarely open. They sell you on the paid lifeguards will open the slides daily from 12-6pm during the public school break.

There is rarely lifeguards on staff the full time 12-6pm, they close early, open late, or don’t open at all.

The woman’s whirlpool has been closed or drained so many times making it unavailable.

Ambassadors who give tour are just there to give tours and sell you on services they do not back. Hook line sinker!

On a brighter note, The machines in the gym area seem to up to par, definitely need more of the Cadillac Pilate reformer machines. Taylor the new personal trainer is very attentive and kind!

Added pictures of the women’s whirlpool below. The nursing room in the family locker room does not have a working lock. The canisters of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are either removed or empty in the family area. The inside pool with the loud bell is gross and needs to cared by a professional chemical company.

I don’t think VillaSport gets enough credit for being wheelchair friendly. I’m older but not dead! I still swim and they make it SO EASY to get into the pool and move around in the facility. I’m really grateful that no one ever stares or anything at me either

This is a beautiful gym with a few quirks. The ladies room is typically out of supplies and not clean. Sometimes there's a wait at the weight machines as they only have one set of the machines for lifting. The free weights are typically available. The pools are fantastic and the lap pool outside stays at a comfortable temperature of ( 80°).

The best family club so far. There is so.ething for everyone, gym, pool, day care, a little cafeteria or deli. And personal is very friendly and helpful.

No class is longer than one hour and I feel like I get my moneys wroth even if I can only make a session after school. It’s really affordable too because I’m taking classes but my school doesn’t have a fitness center. Everyone should try Ana C’s class which is a Zumba combo training class—it’s challenging and rewarding

VillaSport is really good about having events for kids and families—at the Cypress location they did a pool party during the summer with Disney characters and a DJ/glitter artist/chalk arts and crafts. The best part was it was all complimentary! Of course my family allowed the kids to bring friends, but it was easy getting them guest passes. I highly recommend joining…they even did mocktails and coctails—so fun!

I’ve been looking for an indoor space to play basketball and the Cypress Villa has pickup games. It takes me back to my days as a young guy waiting to picked for a side, but everyone is really nice and they welcome all skills—even if you’ve never played…it’s like a real community. I go M-W at 8PM andon Sunday mornings, but there are too many young folks for this ol dog! HA
