This hotel is always clean and the rooms are big. We always get the large king bed with a pull out couch for our littles. It works for our family. The staff is always nice and we enjoy our little family get away in town. It’s also close to a lot of food places so it’s accessible.

Stayed for one week in a two queen size bed room. Staff was ok, check in was easy and breakfast was ok. The cleanliness of the room was not great at all... There were sweat rings on the round pillow, the floor was dirty (my kids took a shower and after walking on the floor their feet were black) so of course I asked housekeeping and the front desk if they could make sure to clean the room especially the floor, came back late that night and the room had not been cleaned at all (that really upset me) so I asked the front desk if they could get someone to clean it and he said no that they weren't able to since it was late they didn't have the stuff to clean with. That's not ok, all employees should have access to cleaning supplies at all times. Very disappointed at best western they should make sure their employees are cleaning the rooms correctly, this is a health issue that can't be slacked on. Also at check out, the lady asked how everything was and I told her about them not cleaning the room and how dirty it was and she asked if I had the make my bed thing on the door and I said I did, but I got no compensation at all.

Room reeks of cigarettes. Front desk agent is nice. But she was unable to move me supposedly. Not only that, but I was a solo woman and put on the first floor. Location sucks and I felt really unsafe. I saw people hanging around outside and also driving through the parking lot checking out cars. I think I should've just slept in my car. But unfortunately, not many nice places to sleep at around this area. This was what I thought could be the best option and I regret it.

I was here because I didn't have much of a choice with my car breaking down and being 6 hours away from home.

Pros: Cleanliness. They seem to do a great job at keeping rooms clean. I also work in Housekeeping as an inspector at a world class resort, and I'm quite impressed. I see flaws, but the important stuff is very clean.

Rooms seem to be spacious. Even the standard king room for solo travelers.

Negative besides my complaint above: I contacted Expedia about original room, and because of those concerns and only being In the room for about 15 minutes, I asked for a refund so I can move to another property. I truly felt unsafe and the cigarette smell was abhorrent. I was offered a room move, after the fact but it wasn't offered originally when I went to the desk right after I entered the room and complained about the smell. I was told there was no room to move me too. I had to go through expedia and request a refund to get any type of solution. Granted, maybe it was because of the shift change of agents? Maybe the solution offered was from the new agent that did not check me in, I do not know. They moved me to the second floor which made me feel a bit more comfortable, but there is still a slight cigarette smell. There was also a homeless looking lady hanging out outside the elevator. However, the agent seemed to handle that, but it's still not a good look. I have worked as a night auditor at 5 diamond resorts, and stuff like that happens no matter where you are, but between what I witnessed at the parking lot and the people hanging around outside to that situation, it sure didn't make a good impression on me.

All in all, this property was not exactly what I expected. And I didn't feel safe the moment I arrived at the parking lot. There were a lot of people hanging out around the parking lot around 11pm and I witnessed a few cars driving by and scoping out other cars.

They should've just gave me a refund when asked so I could've moved on to another place that best suits me. I have lung issues and a chronic illness and smelling the smoke also puts my health at risk. There's something called third hand smoking. It's just as damaging as second hand smoking. But that's what your smelling in a room that reeks, is third hand smoking because it's in the furniture and air and carpet. First room reeked and I can still smell it in the second room. It's just not as potent.

Absolutely awesome experience. Husband, 2 kids and I stayed here. From check in to check out the staff we're amazing! I asked for extra towels in my reservation and lady working that night made sure she got those to me before we went up to the room. Even though it's no smoking (hubby like to smoke cigs ew lol) she did point us to the nearest place to smoke. Breakfast! Oh my goodness breakfast was amazing. They had options;toast, bagaels, waffles, potatoes, eggs, one morning biscuits and gravy, another cheese omletes, cereal to mocha cappuccino hot chocolate machine dispenser which is 24/7 ; as well as water and juice dispensers. Room was great! Fresh and clean! Of course it's hemet so not best location but had no bad experience with our vehicles just bums asking for drugs, it's not even money but where to score it's comedy to me. Oh and the pool awesome! Our boys made some friends and just all in all good vibes and great time spent with family. My go to for when I'm in town for now on.

Staff is great. Hotel not so much. Ants were in our room--luckily just a few but we have friends that had many. Toilet seat was very loose (housekeeping should have caught it when they cleaned). Internet was lousy--never could get it to connect well. Terrible odor in the room-probably was meant to be a cinnamon air freshener but it was terrible. I was so glad I brought a portable air purifier. Won't be staying here again.

Staff was rude - had no intentions of assisting any of our requests…. Upon arrival wouldn’t allow us on the lobby washroom “guest services “ didn’t know where the keys were …. Over charged us 1 extra night for no explanation nor did I receive a receipt or invoice. Or my deposit back
