I had a great experience here. Came here for a work party and spent a night , pool was nice although slightly cold. The rooms were very clean and everything was well taken care off. Great hotel. BUT I would like to give a special thanks to the front desk lady “nhi” I think it was. Helped us out a ton especially dealing with my drunk coworker. Helped us a TON and was very very nice. Staff is very good.

We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip, left our car while we were gone. This is a lovely property, and the trip went off without a hitch. The shuttle was available when it was supposed to be, the coffee and the tea water in the lobby was hot and available, and the room was clean an comfortable. All things that are expected in a hotel, but rarely all delivered upon. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant when we arrived after a long travel day, and it was absolutely excellent. The only thing that was missing was morning buffet, but those are so hit-or-miss anymore that we usually end up eating somewhere else anyway.

We will be back the next time our travel takes us through Grand Rapids! Thank you!

This was a really great stay experience! We didn't spend a ton of time in the hotel. We were in town for a cheer competition so were gone for a majority of the time. That said the room was impeccable and the staff was truly amazing. I would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this quiet property. Rooms are clean and elegant. Service exceptional at the desk and restaurant. Delicious food for dinner and all packaged with care to bring up to the room. Clean workout facility with two treadmills. Good coffee in the lobby also!

I chose this hotel in Grand Rapids because I though it would be better than others in 28th street but I was WRONG. Don't go by the name. We had the worst experience ever. We didn't even spend more than 8hrs in the property. Paid extra for breakfast and food was horrible! COLD, CHEWY and There was not enough food when we arrived at 9AM. And when we complained they said that will give points towards your bad experience! But I dont see any points in my account. What a joke! The water in swimming pool was freezing. It was that cold! Next time no IHG. Good Bye!
