Walking in the front door, I was immediately hit with a funky smell. Looking at the floor by the front door, there are tiles missing. The pool was broken. There was no free breakfast. The 1 elevator was broken. The 1 working elevator smelled like a homeless person. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. Had to cut my stay short because all the gross smells were making me feel sick. The place is in desperate need of a refresh

I would like to thank Joy and the front desk staff for doing an awesome job during our stay. The bathroom had a strong cigarette smell and I was given the option to move to another room. Not only did Joy move us to another room she also gave us a very nice upgrade. Thank you, Joy and the front desk staff, for making our stay very enjoyable.

We've been coming to this hotel for years whenever I come and see my family. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly! She said our room was next to an elevator and if we wanted to move it. So kind of her to ask us this! She moved us to the top floor at the very end. The people across the hall from us are very loud though, but that's not the hotels fault. We are very satisfied with this hotel and the service!

Desk clerk was very accommodating. There were 3 young girls (6-8) having fun for Christmas break in the room next to me when I checked in. My room was switched very easily. I didn't want to shush the kids fun. And then the desk clerk gave me great recommendations to places I asked about like restaurants etc. I was in town twice last week for biz. First stay was perfect so I came back for a second stay.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The awesome general manager Joey shows great leadership skills and her staff are always exceptional with their consistent customer service throughout all shifts. Kim is phenomenal with ensuring the clients are taken care of and shows great attention to detail when addressing the concerns of the customers. Lisa always has a happy energy and positive spirit with assiting clients with the restaurant/ bar section of the hotel. It is a fun and comfortable environment to be in!

I highly recommended a stay at this hotel if you are ever in the Battle Creek area looking for a comfortable and accommodating place to stay with staff who goes above and beyond to ensure quality care of their clients.

I hope I’m not spelling her name incorrectly. (I sure I am) Tanesha was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!! She made sure my mother and father were taken care of beyond measure! The room was beautiful and clean. But her professionalism and true love for hospitality won us all over. I will definitely be back as long as she is there! Tanesha you are a True Rock Star for IHG!!!

My husband and I rented the family suite because we were traveling with the children. We are not from the area, so we relied solely on the brand. The linen was dirty and unclean. The carpet was disgusting. When I complained, I was given linen to make the beds and told there was no supervisor on staff over the weekends, but a note would be left for the manager. That was 1/12/2025, and I have still not heard anything. The hotel smelled like black and milds and cigarettes. Miserable stay!

Friendly hotel greeted by the receptionist on arrival. Hotel was clean and tidy, however housekeeping standards were inconsistent. Weekday breakfast was great along with Sharon, weekend breakfast was a very disappointing buffet with very little choice and was cold. Would not recommend this hotel on a weekend. The bar is only open Monday-Thursday also which meant we couldn’t meet up with family members, we had to buy our own drinks and congregate in a bedroom. Ideal location to shops of all varieties. Kids loved the pool which is an added bonus. Another bonus was being able to do some washing in the laundry area as we are on a world trip with limited clothing.
