Super Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis! Waren für eine Nacht hier und konnten uns sogar das Stockwerk für das Zimmer aussuchen. Alles sauber und auch das Frühstück hatte warme Speisen dabei. Super liebes Personal!

Super easy to get to, just north of the I-4. Extremely comfortable bed, larger fridge and freezer to accommodate longer stays, and amazing service with a very pleasant staff. Maid service is exceptional - providing soap, shampoo, towels, dish towels, and perfectly clean rooms. I can't say enough wonderful things about this Extended Stay.

All of Staff is very rude and disrespectful wouldn’t recommend at all they don’t accommodate for anything , the rooms are rarely clean and they have old bathrooms with no fan so it holds smells…yuck and there is no oven in the kitchen with a limited space refrigerator. The room keys barely work and it smells like trash all the time in the stairwells. The pullout couch bed is hard asf and the ac is very loud. They have a nasty “breakfast” serving hard boiled eggs , oatmeal bars and muffins and all of be stale. They don’t know how to wash sheets and pillows , they’ll claim it’s washed but it’ll be stains everywhere. Staff never behind the desk and they take peoples stuff and put it behind the desk or in their office which is very unprofessional and then get an attitude when ask for it. They are very lazy and inconsiderate shouldn’t be working in a hospitality business. The hotel manager need to be their more often and doesn’t check the employees about going into people room without permission and knocking at 9am for housekeeping that’s just too unacceptable. Staff harass you about the smallest things and feel like they can talk to you any type of way. Staff needs to be fired all the way down to the housekeepers this is not a good place to stay for long. When the staff doesn’t like you they’ll do anything to get you kicked out cause it be no rooms available. Staff doesn’t clean up outside , it be cigarettes all over the ground and it smell like dogs pee.Hotel is very nasty wouldn’t recommend an extended stay.

Extended stay premier is excellent! The staff is very cordial and polite. The place is always clean inside and outside. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here. There are two extended stays close to each other. They are like night and day. Please don’t get them mixed up. The nasty one is extended stay SELECT, yuck. Even though select is pet friendly, I would not recommend it to a dog. Come stay at premier suites I’m sure you and your family and pet, if you have any, will love this place.

My company placed me in this place for 11 nights and possibly extend 7 more nights. I work overnight shifts and need to sleep during the day. When I checked in the front desk staff was very nice and they were throughout my stay. However one day there were 2 women rapidly banging on doors, I woke up in a panic thinking it was an evacuation. Then I thought the women were yelling a girls name, like a lost child. Then the banging was on my door. I asked who it was. They said OPEN THE DOOR NOW. I again said who are you? No name nothing. I open the door and to my horror it was 2 staff women telling me they need to do a inspection and take pictures. I said what for they said "just because" I open the door and they did nothing. My dog tried to run out and I'm in my underwear I had to slam the door quickly. Then the women were telling me if I slam the door again I will be asked to leave. I tried to explain why I slammed the door and the black woman from Hadi just repeated herself over and over (very uneducated) "I will ask you to leave". I felt like I was on YouTube, you know, how uneducated women fight back and forth by saying the same thing over and over. However I am a man that is educated. The next morning I went to the front desk to inquire to what that was all about and a white young girl said to me and I kid you not "we can do whatever we want whenever we want as far as entering rooms" she clearly doesn't know the Florida state laws. I said why were you yelling and banging on doors again, I kid you not she said "we have to find the 3 luggage carts and we have a 100 rooms so we are a huge hotel". I'm not kidding they think that is a hige hotel and they are disturbing 100 guests to look for 3 carts I do think the white girl may have a mental handicap so i did not continue the conversation however she kept repeating herself and got louder as I walked away in the elevator. Needless to say then banging started on my door again this time it was housekeeping and I said I don't need service and the housekeeper put her foot in my door and called her boss. I pushed her foot away and closed my door and contacted my attorney. My company will no longer stay in that hotel or with that Extended Stay America ever again. They lost 14 rooms for 3-weeks every 3 months. Never an apology or explanation. My attorney informed me that I was being harassed and my privacy was violated. In the state of Florida you can not just enter a room without cause or reason and you must have ID or name tag on which none of that they did or have. Then I person entered my room when I wasn't there and they were stupid enough to leave a personal belonging of thiers behind in my room which at that point I had set up a nanny cam, so they are on camera going through my personal items. I also have the women yelling and banging on the doors in audio recording and also audio recording when I was at the front desk inquiring of the actions. This hotel was very nice and was one of their Premier Suites locations, not the regular type hotel they have. Premier Suites is not cheap and a more upscale hotel. The service however is of a motel 3. I paid over $225 a night at our discount in a very nice area with corp people. Shame that the staff there is destroying the service and whoever is the top people need to rethink the type of staff for this hotel. The housekeeping is terrible also. I asked for 2 rolls of toilet paper and the women in the hallway looked at me like I asked for a new car. Housekeeping and management of this hotel is the worst I ever experienced in my life. The frontdesk staff are very nice but they seemed scared a little. My attorney is reviewing my bill which is completely different than my original reservation so we can just add that to the potential lawsuit that he is preparing. They made unauthorized charges to my card. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

very nice place I stand out loud at Stan days and I think this is one of the best ones the manager she is very good at what she does. She’s always making sure everybody’s happy. She’s checking on things. She walks around the building checking make sure the buildings and check, and the customers are satisfied the cleaning where they clean my rooms on Monday is very very well Detail. Very nice place. Very clean place. Highly recommended.

I have been there for two months, and so far, I don't have major issues. Rooms are comfortable but for no more of two people max. Kitchen is okay and allow you to prepare some meals not too complicated.
