I think we were 3 nights without power, and we needed a place to stay. But wow. We understand that there was a hurricane, and there would be issues. But the room that was rented to us was completely unacceptable. Mold all over the ceiling, walls, and lampshades, picture frames, doors, sinks, you name it. We were desperate for a place but could only stand one night in that room. complimentary breakfast that was advertised did not exist. No wifi what so ever even though it was advertised. The only complimentary thing was an empanada that was left behind in our mini fridge, but we chose to eat out instead. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

Disgusting place. Dirty room and hallway. mold surrounded the bed, there was a furry substance on the bathroom door, toilets were not cleaned. We went to check out early but the guy at the front desk didn’t speak English. See the photos of the mold, furry substance, dust balls on hallway carpet.

Ok, now I didn't expect much, but it was better than I hoped (the room that is). The biggest drawback was the lobby. It smelled like straight urine. All of the surrounding hotels were either booked or no one answering the lobby phone. Soo this was my only option. The room was clean and decent. The price was less than 100 bucks, so that was a win.

The rooms were filthy,staff rude, nothing at all what I booked and paid for,AC leaked all over bedding and belongings, breakfast was never available but one time and it was just waffles, I asked for clean sheets because AC leaked all over everything and was given a hard time. The hotel looked nothing like what was paid for. Pool was covered in Styrofoam and trash piled up by dumpster, it was the worst time ever ruined our vacation and it was our first vacation. I had to clean room upon arrival because it was so nasty. Do not stay here folks!!!! Worst experience ever!!! I wouldn't even give 1 star but it made me to click post!!

This hotel shouldn’t even be called a hotel! It should be called a hostel!! The ones you see in a horror movie. The beds where disgusting, they had no sheets or blankets, the toilets where broken. We reserved 2 rooms for one night and both rooms were the same. There were dead bugs in the floor. Trash in the trash cans these rooms had not been cleaned. They told me my card would not be charged bc we immediately went to the front desk and told them we weren’t staying, We refused to stay in a place with these circumstances. The manager told us we would not be charged and we were. Of course right now I can’t get anyone to answer to find out why. But don’t stay here!!! Not even one star. This place is a nightmare!!!

Everything with this stay was horrible. While place was dirty, there was a big mix up at check in, room wasn’t clean, bed and bedding cheap and not comfortable, a/c wasn’t working, light came through door and windows, door swing lock missing so extra security. Really bad stay.

No lock on door, brown spots on tub, holes in walls, chair looked chewed, toilet paper holder hanging off the wall, dirty bed sheets with black marks, possible blood stains on the lamp shade. Then the hallway is in complete city violation, exposed pipes, fiberglass, missing ceiling tiles. We immediately left, did not feel safe at all there.
