Do not get a membership here. My son wanted to come here since it was close to his school and our house. Just to sign him up was a pain because I had to go in since he is a minor. Can’t call because they don’t have a direct number. There is almost never anyone there to open the door and assist you. Took me going there 6 times before someone was actually there to sign him up.

I finally got him a membership and we moved a few months later. I tried to cancel online but it said I had to go in to cancel on the kiosk. I wasn’t able to go in and kept getting charged every month I couldn’t take off work to go in. I finally was able to take a day off to cancel and then I get an email that I will be charged ANOTHER month. I sent an email to customer service and they said there is nothing they can do about it.

The bathrooms are disgusting and have been for over 2 months now. There is feces all over every toilet indicating they sincerely have not been cleaned in months. If you go in during the staffed hours and you're having trouble getting in the front desk guy just sits there and watches you struggle. The only cleaning I've seen done is the girls who work here pretending to dust.

UPDATE- august 2024..AC still doesn’t work. It was up to 87 degrees today. I had a stroke scare here a month ago and was hospitalized from it. When will they take it serious that above 80s is too hot to workout? With all of the money Club Fitness has it doesn’t make any sense that they won’t spend the money to get the AC fixed at their original building. Plus, they location always has a crowd and dedicated gym goers that have been coming here for years.

I’ve been going to this gym for years and I swear it gets hotter every single summer. Today, in May, it was 90 degrees INSIDE while working out. This is unacceptable for paying members. I have complained every single summer and nothing happens. Also, a former gym member had a stroke because of this heat so you’d think they’d stop messing around and fix it. Ridiculous. This gym always gets the short end.

The door doesn’t work. It’s the biggest piece of junk on the planet. You put your phone there for the barcode. It doesn’t work. It’s ridiculous. No excuse.

One of the worst locker rooms, jugemental staff and gym goers. The company would rather blindly follow a group that doesnt know how to treat people like theyre people.

No direct line to ask simple questions. 13 year old daughter wanted to workout & they can't offer a 1 day pass to see if she likes the gym due to her not being 18. $90 for a one month membership..Customer service here sucks!

Good gym membership but this location is on its last leg. The equipment is from 80’s and rusted and doesn’t work properly.
