1st I was successful in purchasing a van. This is the only positive thing. Avoid this place if you want the process to be smooth, easy, and have everything followed through on that you were told. This experience WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I waited to add this review because I wanted to think things through first. The dealership is clean and pretty and the people are actually very nice. That said...communication is absolutely horrible. We were driving around the new van with the understanding financing was settled. It was not. Efforts to communicate with the financing department resulted in a lot of runaround as we were given various reasons they were unavailable. Then when they were we kept getting told "there was a customer waiting" as if we were not considered customers and had not been waiting for financing as well. Eventually the financing got done, days later, and I did receive a decent discount on the price of the van to offset some of the problems we had. This unfortunately did not resolve everything.
They do not follow through on agreements they offer when you are in the purchasing process, send emails with requested information without multiple phone calls asking for it, NOR do they get paperwork sent to you when requested for insurance purposes, OR ADD EVERYONE TO THE TITLE REQUESTED which resulted in serious ISSUES WITH INSURANCE BECAUSE A WHOLE NEW POLICY HAD TO BE WRITTEN. As I have not owned a vehicle in just my name for years a PENALTY was added to the insurance cost even though I was a driver on the policy for the older vehicle. Seriously AVOID THE HASSLE AND SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. My insurance rep has already decided to buy elsewhere after helping with the policy, be the next person to make a choice to keep your sanity.

Great and not so great, great goes first. Good customer service Tara was professional and honest. Not so great third time taking pickup back to the shop in a week just hoping they resolve any issue I may be having with my 2015 ram 1500. 5 star customer service coulda used a loaner car tho 🙁

If I could give it a 0 I would. My husband and I bought a 2019 Jeep Renegade from them on January 31st. Not even a week later it was in to be serviced for an electrical issue. Fast forward to May 24th. It was back in the shop and has been there since. Tara wasn't returning my phone calls and I was calling everyday. We were first told it needed a new engine. Then we didn't hear from them. My husband went over to Eddys to find the old engine still in it, the latch open and a police tag for unattended vehicle from Harvey County Police because the mechanic left it miles away from the dealership on the highway. After the engine was put it, we were told it still wouldn't start and that it needed a new sensor. That was almost 2 weeks ago. Then yesterday we get a text saying that the engine and sensor is in but now the fuel pump needs replaced. Eddys needs to buy back the Jeep. This is ridiculous. I went to the news with this information and the BBB. We are not happy.

Emma Smith was absolutely amazing, she was super patient and found me the perfect car even though it took a little bit she was willing to wait and work to find me what I wanted. She was super respectful of all of my wishes, even though I was somewhat of a tough customer. She went above and beyond. I have never enjoyed buying a car until I dealt with Emma and whenever I’m ready to purchase another vehicle I will be in contact with her as should you!

Easy dealership to work with. In and out of finance office very quickly after test drive. Jonathan the salesman was very friendly and down to earth. Would definitely recommend you give this dealership a look when shopping.

The shopping and purchasing processes were fine, nothing out of the ordinary. Post purchase wasn't good at all. Problem 1 - I asked if it had an in-state title. Terry, the one I worked with during the duration, told me the east office had that information. He would call and get back with me. The next day, I was back to have the car detailed. He said he was still checking on the title. (To me, that should have been a quick phone call for someone to look it up.) Several days later, I called the east office myself, and I got an immediate answer. Problem 2 - Terry told me detailing the car should take 30-40 minutes. A few days later, I took it in. After sitting for 90 minutes, he tells me they're just now starting on my car. There were several ahead of me. That would have been nice to know as soon as I pulled in. I was fuming! Problem 3 - I asked how much it would be to program a second fob. Terry said $60. My husband took the vehicle to get the fob programmed. After taxes it was $99. (Terry no longer works there.) Whoever my husband dealt with wouldn't honor the quote that one of Eddy's employees gave us. This was our first experience with Eddy's, and not a pleasant one.
