The environment is warm and welcoming, and everyone here, from the members to the coaches, feels like family. I had known about F45 for a while, and finally decided to take advantage of the 3 class trial. I warmed up and caught on faster than I thought with the help and support from the coaches. I became a member and really enjoy coming here before work. I never feel a sense of dread, and the workouts fly by!

I am pretty out of shape and while I feel challenged, I feel supported in doing modifications or taking things at my pace.

F45 Cane Island Gym is THE BEST PLACE ON EARTH! The coaches go ABOVE & BEYOND, always refer me to my name by getting to know me(LOVE IT), consistently pushing me to be better! The energy they give off is amazing, it does not matter if you are a founding member or a new member completing your first workout, everyone is pushed to there limits with the best encouragement from the coaches! You could need a modify workout(like me) and it is met to the best of your abilities! If you are ever needing a workout atmosphere that you crave everyday! F45 CANE ISLAND IS YOUR HOME!

Entered the studio (passport visit) no welcoming, no proper direction on where the shelf is and i am obviously a new face to the studio I mean all coaches know who are the studio’s members and who is visiting. Let alone the attitude from the coach.

Horrible studio and coaches. Both Coaches were very rude, not helping passporting or new members not even welcoming them (my assumption of them being new is because both ladies were lost more than once and none of the coaches bothered to guide them) I am one of F45 members, and have been to other studios whether in the US or in other countries, NONE had the same treatment and vibe I got in this studio. I would definitely rather to skip a workout than joining a class in this studio.
