I’ve been a member at Fitness Connection for quite some time. The facility is usually clean and although the equipment is not always well-maintained, the staff is friendly and supportive. However, I wanted to express how much Dre has contributed to my fitness journey. His energy, knowledge, and encouragement have been instrumental in keeping me motivated and pushing toward my goals.

It’s disappointing that Dre is no longer at the Katy location. His presence here made a huge difference, not only for me but for so many members. I kindly request that Dre is brought back to the Katy location. He truly fosters a positive and inspiring environment, and his return would make this gym even better! There a number of new faces at this location. They don't speak when you walk in and are more concerned with their phone than the customer.

I'm so excited to see Dre back in the gym! Having Dre here makes such a difference—his energy is contagious, and he always brings out the best in everyone. The dream team is in full effect(Nate, Dolf, TJ, Chris and Dre!!!!)and it’s creating an incredible workout environment.

I also have to give a shoutout to Chris and his group fitness classes. They are challenging, fun, and keep me motivated to push myself every time. The mix of great trainers, great staff,and a positive atmosphere makes this gym stand out from the rest. Can't wait to keep coming back for more amazing workouts!

Great gym with an amazing staff! The team is always around to help, answer any questions, and provide guidance, whether you're new to working out or experienced. The equipment is clean and with a wide variety to suit any fitness goal. The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating, making it easy to stay on track. Estoy en el gimnasio desde hace 2 meses y eh bajado aproximadamente 7 kg tengo como entrenadora a Camila dedicada atenta y muy preparada recomiendo a los principiantes como yo a que acompañen sus rutinas con personal capacitado como ella para evitar lesiones o malos hábitos… I have been at the gym for 2 months and have lost approximately 7 kg. I have Camila as a trainer, who is dedicated, attentive and very prepared. I recommend that beginners like me accompany their routines with trained personnel like her to avoid injuries or bad habits…

Very good gym full of great people. They have professional staff working here, Kazee, Mahogany and Adolfo are always very welcoming, as well as the rest of the staff. They always welcome you with a great smile which makes us feel like home. Any questions, sales or concerns are always well answered. I’ve been a client for almost two years and I am extremely satisfied with it. This gym has good environment to get your workouts done, people are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking for a place to start their daily routine.

Fitness Connection is a great gym that truly offers everything you could want for a great fitness experience. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a clean, well-organized facility and friendly staff who are always ready to help. Adolfo, Angie, Camila, Chris, Kazee, and Nico are truly the most helpful and supportive staff at the gym! They really work hard to keep the place running efficiently!

One of the best features is the affordable membership pricing, which provides amazing value for all the amenities offered. The hours are also flexible enough for you to fit a workout in no matter the time. The gym also has great extras like saunas, outdoor turf, and a kids’ club for parents who need childcare while they work out.

I’ve seen so much progress in my fitness journey since joining Fitness Connection, and I can’t recommend it enough! It’s a welcoming community that truly inspires you to meet your goals. Five stars all the way!
