So, are you looking for the best ladies gym in the UAE? Because this gym is the one to beat! I have been going to FitnGlam for more than a year now (almost daily) and I can attest to the quality and consistency that this gym maintains. There are a few elements to consider when choosing a gym: Quality of Hygiene, Quality of Equipment, Quality of trainers/ Coaches, Quality of Classes, Quality of Staff & the value for money.

First and foremost, I want to start with one of the most important factors for me, which is Hygiene. Personally, this goes across the cleanliness of the spaces within the gym ie changing rooms, showers, bathrooms, seating areas…etc. I mean if you are in the mood to test out the latest tech by Dyson - our gym is the place to be! The blow dryers, hair straighteners.. etc are always available to be used as part of your routine after a workout. And if by any chance your clothes got crumpled..? Well, we got you covered coz there is a steamer available as well!

This also goes without saying to the cleanliness of the equipment around the gym. There are always staff on the gym floor, going around and sanitizing all the equipment after use. This brings me to my next point of evaluation, the staff. There are no words to describe the incredible staff that works in this FitnGlam al quoz. The team is constantly smiling and extremely helpful. That goes all the way from the smile you would get off Jennifer as she hands you a nice cold towel after a gruelling cycling class or the high five you get from Ritchie as she joins you in a challenging bind that you both attempt during a vinyasa class! The team is super engaged, they join classes on their own time, they cheer you on and form personal bonds with the members. They are so lovely and supportive!

Now we talk about the best part where you get your value for your money for real.. and that is the classes and the trainers. The classes are phenomenal and the variety is really cool. We have all the way from cross-fit to Yoga ( 3-4 different types) to cycling & spinning to Boxing to Pilates to BB& Core to even Afro & belly dancing! The timings are convenient, however we could use some 6am classes for the peeps that have to be at work by 8am. The Abu Dhabi branch has those and it would be worth it for the team to implement some of those in our gym as well.

Furthermore, the coaches are the icing and the cherry on the top!! If you ever find yourself in doubt about a class, let me give you a few hints.. if you see any of these names: Elizabeth, Sara, Sofia & Liris.. THINK NO MORE! Any classes they do are worth attending and full of informative tips on form and technique!

I had such an amazing experience at this ladies-only gym! From the moment I arrived, I felt instantly welcomed and at ease. The gym has such a positive and encouraging atmosphere, which made all the difference. A huge thank you to Michelle, who made me feel so comfortable right from the start. She has such a warm and friendly personality, and her welcoming approach really stood out to me. If you’re looking for a gym that makes you feel at home and supported, I highly recommend this one!

I’ve never been motivated to workout as much as I do with this gym, all the staff is the sweetest and I join all the classes, my favorite is Catalina’s CrossFit classes, you make friendships with everyone, the staff, the personal trainers and the coaches of the classes, I’ve seen great results with this gym and they always have the greatest events and the greatest collaborations with the best brands, this gym really brings out the best in you and makes your day

The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive, and they always make sure I'm doing the exercises correctly. The facilities are clean and well-equipped, and there's always plenty of space for everyone. I’ve been training with PT Chloe for four months now. She takes the time to listen and creates a personalized plan that considers all aspects not just my weight. I could tell there was improvements in my strength and overall fitness from the first month. Chloe makes you feel comfortable right from the start even if it’s your first time training and provides constant encouragement. I can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for a trainer!

The gym itself is also a great place to train haven’t had any issues and if you do they are quick to address it.
