I do not recommend as a vendor. They promise to be different than other similar companies but if you’re in the martial arts niche, stay away from them. I came on as a courtesy to first responders who requested it for when they were in the area, that’s a soft spot for me so of course I tried to accommodate.

Pros: sales guy was very nice and reassured me of my objections upfront. Genuinely seems like a nice person, just disconnected from the fulfillment. Maybe they can include him somehow and fix that.

Cons: poor communication on their fulfillment. I get better service from the local Taco Bell.

I believe this company to be a scam. They claim to give you credits to use at hundreds of fitness clubs in your area. You use the credits to sign up for a membership with that gym, then in reality, when you go to the gym they have no idea what FitOn is and have no partnership with them. I’ve tried several gyms. Moreover they do not refund you your money or credits for these issues. They take about a month to resolve an issue, if they do refund credits they do it at the end of the month so the credits reset by the 1st of the following month and you get charged again as credits do not roll over. The last time I had a problem, they claimed to refund me my money, and refunded $0. I can’t imagine how many other people are getting scammed like this. Please stop them.

Why am I unable to speak to a live rep after you have debited my account with no explanation? Why give a phone number knowing there will just be a repeated message to email for support. This is very unprofessional and frustrating. I'll be reporting this to my employer.

Premara just notified me that the fitness program is changed to this site. When I tried to call the number, there's no option to talk to a live agent. This is a horrible disservice to seniors who are on Medicare. I hope my membership was transferred. I've been a member of YMCA since 1990.

Impossible to get in touch with any customer service representative. When you finally get a response they take weeks to resolve the issue if that even happens.

This is business is terrible, no explanation in services or how it works. I've been ripped off twice with unauthorized bills. Takes days to get a response from customer service email and forget about trying calling, you'll get no where. This place of business is clearly in it for the money. I have to give this review at least a one to post, otherwise this site isn't worth the one.

I have been calling these people for days. Their phone voice system sucks and is NOT working for the customer. Sent in an email reply, same treatment. Who runs a business lie this?
