Goodwill in general has become so greedy. Comparing yourself to Ross is an absolute joke. I’ve been shopping at goodwills for years and spend good money and let me tell you something. If you are going to be pricing things as if they are brand new they shouldn’t have stains, rips, and or tears. Also electronics should actually be tested before being put out on the floor for a markup. They say everything is tested but I highly doubt it since I have opened up some in the store with corrosion from batteries, broken parts, and more. I wouldn’t mind the pricing going up if the quality met the standards. Pulling tags happens around Friday and Saturday. So slim pickings for yahll that like things half off. Btw, you guys should take off garage sale stickers before putting things out onto the sales floor. Sorry, for such a long rant but I’ve been a long term customer and this is just sad.

I take my elderly clients there often. They spend quite a lot of money and enjoy browsing as well. Is it true that on sale days items are hidden from customers or was that just a disgruntled rumor? I'm sure it was all just a mix up. I give a 3 because there's no dressing rooms for my clients to try on their pretty new clothes. How come? this store is for the public and deserves dressing rooms for privacy. My clients cannot drive to return items if they do not fit. Thanks goodwill. We still love you.

Now this is a change of heart for me as you may know. I was not liking this nonprofit organization because they remove the color of the week off the floor. But, this time around I’ve seen a fair number of this week’s color tag still on the floor. They can still do better but, it’s improving. good items with the color of the week. They passed my inspection today. I only spent $14 on four items and that’s a steal for this frugal gal.

1. Prices are to expensive for it to be used clothing. 2. No dressing room, such an inconvenience & they get upset if you use the restroom. 3.No Guest wifi but it states Guest wifi.Goodwill you sucks, I put everything back & refuse to spend 1.00$ in tour corporations, when everything is given to you & you charge high prices on used items.the very day I am posting this is very day I was at the store.

Overall this is a great goodwill, very organized and the prices are amazing. I’d say you will usually find really good brands/ shirts/ shorts for under $4.20 shoes are usually $10 etc. I took off a star because it seems every time I go there the cashiers have an attitude or say something rude. I still go back because of the amazing prices!

I never write reviews but this is absolutely absurd. My husband and I purchased a power wheels for my son’s bday and were returning the next day to with a borrowed truck to pick it up. They gave us the receipt and promised it would be sitting there when we got there and after the hour long drive low and behold they resold it. Not only are they extremely unprofessional the prices on their clothing are outrageous.
Everyone save your money and go up the road to other thrift stores or even the mall. You can purchase items brand new for the price of their tattered and torn clothing. Goodwill should be ashamed. ?

My wife and I often donate in fact for the past 10 years we've been donating to the Winter springs Goodwill. They always have really surprisingly low prices on clothing and all the miscellaneous neat stuff I like going through in the back of the store. Whether it's speakers or a blouse or work pants you'll find what you're looking for at this Goodwill it's always well stocked and the staff is outstandingly friendly.
