This used to be a great place for used clothing and other findings. Over the past year, possibly even longer, prices have gone INSANE. The color discount tags are very rarely, if ever available, even at the beginning of the week. $8 for a single twin bedsheet, $12 for men's jeans, $7+ for a women's blouse? and if anything has any resemblance of any logo that could be even SLIGHTLY considered as popular, that item will absolutely be priced higher regardless of its condition.
With this raise in prices, I sure hope employees are also being paid more.
For an organization that supposedly prides itself on helping the community, I can't see where my money is going. It's definitely not going towards staff for dressing rooms because you eliminated those. It's not going towards organizational efforts in children's clothes, because those have pretty much never been organized by size.
I will no longer be shopping or donating to Goodwill locations. Unfortunately, this will probably not impact the industry enough to make any difference.

Boy, things have changed! Review attached photos for just an idea. Or see it for yourself in person. This is insane.

Their prices are ridiculous. No, it’s not “the economy”, it’s GREED.

Example: no name shoes, not even real leather, for $25!

Or Walmart brand shoes; for only $2 less than Walmart is selling them for BRAND NEW.

A plastic BASKET: that was partially broken. Again, same price as Walmart brand new. A basket!

People donate items to help their communities. Goodwill is doing everyone in their community a disservice by jacking prices up because “some” people can “resell” them for a lot of money. For people who do resell: they typically will drive out of their way to shop, find brands, take them home, repair them, clean them, take photos of them; and create descriptions online. That takes work! That is not for Goodwill to decide, and to base prices on.

What about people who shop for their children’s clothes here? What about people who just want to buy a sustainable, second hand belt to wear to work? Or work shoes? Or dishes, sheets, coats These are necessary items. There are “boutique” sections for a reason. But now your ENTIRE store is priced like a boutique.

Get it together. I’m not stopping here or supporting until they make a public statement and make a DRASTIC change. I am so ashamed I gave them my business at all.

That does not sound like “good will” to me.
More like Good Riddance.

I have shopped at Goodwill for 30 years and have always been pleased to do so until this last year. Affordable jeans, shorts and slacks have been a main attraction for me here, but trying them on is a must if I'm going to find ones that fit properly. Now, apparently, the Goodwill stores in town have REMOVED ALL of the dressing rooms. The 3 day policy to return items is a joke, and how's that gonna work if you have to try on 15 different jeans to find one pair that fits? Clothing is the main resale here, but now, there's NO WAY TO TRY ANYTHING ON, and what used to be "affordable " has jumped up in price! Sadly, I will no longer be able to shop at Goodwill stores.

I enjoy supporting thrift stores to give back to the community so I decided to stop by the Goodwill on Alafaya. To my surprise I first walk in i see a handheld vacuum for $21! when the actual retail price is 9.99 reduce from 18.99 at Ross. I proceeded to ask for the manager which was Dante to see if he could reduce the price or accurately update it not even for me to purchase just so somebody can purchase it at an actual fair price to my surprise he said we aren't Ross. And proceeded to leave. That's an answer I expect from a pawn shop not a charitable organization. That was disgusting of Dante to say. How many more items is this guy jacking up the price and telling the customer we aren't a department store. If you guys are a pawnshop then let me get a loan. Last time I checked this is a goodwill. Don't profit like that price it fair it wasn't even a special edition of anything you can buy it all day lol for like 8-9 $ then 10 shipping and handling. Didn't realize the 20.99 had the shipping cost included.

Really expensive for a Goodwill. Cracked and chipped items regularly for twice as much as they should be. Half-used candles are $5+. Any brand name clothing is going to be over $10, so don't expect to find any deals.

Prices went up, again. For example a pair of used running shorts was $8.99 now $11.99. Used bras $2.99 to as high as $11.99. They lost customers after removing dressing rooms, the rewards program and the 7 day return policy. Their terrible solution, raise prices. Yeah, that'll get people to come back said no one ever. At these prices the clothing items should be washed and in excellent condition but many are far from that with strong body odors, piling, stains & big rips. The racks are so stuffed with overpriced clothes that you can't even get a finger inbetween the hangers. I used to spend $100-$300 here each month. In the last 3 months I bought 2 things.
