This Hampton Inn is nice. The dining area is kept very clean and The lobby is kept clean as well. The ladies during breakfast service are wonderful and always making sure everything is stocked or refilled. The breakfast is good too! I love that they had 2 different waffle flavors. I wasn’t much of a fan of how milk was offered. It’s in a pitcher, I’m used to most hotels offering milk in small cartons. Only thing I really didn’t like and made me wonder if I should switch hotels were all the doors. The doors to almost every room on first and second floors were dirty and scuffed up. The only doors that I noticed were clean and maintained were the doors to the main offices for employees. The rooms are pretty clean and spacious. The bathroom is a very good size to and clean as well. The hotel is near a Lowe’s and Harley Store. There’s easy access to Marsha Sharpe and not far from shopping and restaurants. Overall, I still liked the hotel and the area is nice and quiet. I would recommend staying here and just give a heads up about the doors.

Everything was "ok", but nothing stood out during our three day stay. There was rarely anyone at the front counter. The bathroom was dated, and the room doors all were pretty scuffed up and in need of paint. That said, the room was clean, the staff kind, and breakfast was fine.
I would not be opposed to staying here again, but would also not specifically seek it out.

The front desk lady, when we checked in, was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was ok. It was a busy weekend when we stayed. We ended up being a handicap accessible room, which we didn't need but was fine. The only thing I didn't like was that the crack in the door to the hallway was pretty large, so a lot of light came in through the hallway at night. The bathroom door could have used a wipe down, and there were areas on the carpet that appeared not to be vacuumed but we didn't make an issue due to us not being in the room much anyway. All and all, decent accommodations but would make efforts to wipe doors and clean the restroom sinks a little better.

This hotel checks all the boxes. Clean rooms, FANTASTIC customer service and the location is on point. The WiFi is good as well. They offer discounts for AAA as well as Hampton Rewards. Check in is a breeze and you will find an "OMG I can't believe I forgot that" shop in the lobby too. Service dogs and pets are welcome and the Handicapped rooms are spacious and accommodating. Bonus points for having blackout curtains. The hotel is off of the loop which will get you to anywhere you want in the city, including the mall, the Cheesecake factory and Specs.

For my needs, this hotel was perfect. I just needed a comfortable spot to rest for the night during a road trip and this hotel perfectly fit the bill. The service was great, the rooms were clean, and I slept well. What more could a traveler ask for?

We needed a pet-friendly hotel during our road trip and landed on this location. The staff was SO kind to us and our pets, made us feel so welcome and comfortable. It was very clean and well-kept. Quiet, and all of the other guests were kind too. We didn’t have a chance to use it but the fitness center was immaculate with all new equipment even a peloton. Awesome experience thank you so much for welcoming our fur babies!

This was easily the nicest stay we had on a week long trip staying in similar hotels. The room was clean and well laid out, the breakfast selection was better than average, the price was reasonable, and the staff were friendly. I will stay again the next time I pass through Lubbock.

Disappointed and overcharged.

Hotel room that runs $123-160 all year long, suddenly costs $506 + 70,000 points because it is the week of Texas Tech graduations.

This Hilton franchise clearly does not care about Hilton Honors, brand character, or multi-decade client loyalty.

Front desk staff were nice, but dismissed any suggestion that the franchise was/is taking advantage of clients who have to travel to Lubbock and get a room for one night to see their loved one graduate from University.

Cheap shot by Hampton Lubbock franchisee...but profitable.

You won the usury battle, but you lost the war for return customers.

When I left my card and request to be contacted by your GM or owner, Hampton Lubbock didn't call, email, or text. (Counting the $$$ keeps you very busy I suppose.)

Expected more from the Hilton brand.

PS: When you charge 5x standard for a room, it should be better than motel 6. See pics. Peeling paint, mirror barely hanging on. Time for some maintenance!
