Am Hotel und dem Personal gab es nichts auszusetzen. Allerdings gibt es einen Stern Abzug, da das Servicepersonal am Abreisetag so freundlich gewesen ist, unsere unfrankierten Postkarten anzunehmen und für uns abzuschicken. Die Postkarten sind allerdings nie angekommen. Fazit: Gerne wieder, aber Post selbst versenden.

I am in deep gratitude to the entire staff of this exceptional hotel. I came south to get a respite from the intense smoke in my area that had raised the AQI to a hazardous level at 441. I randomly picked this hotel and when I walked in and was greeted by the warmth and caring from Samy, at the front desk, I knew I was in the right place. He was so attentive in giving me a quiet comfortable room. He has continued to be so kind and helpful during my stay. Hilton Garden thank you for getting it so right with Samy and all of your staff. The hotel is immaculate. The bed is comfortable. I look forward to returning under better circumstances. Thank you!

Very clean and Tidy. Lobby, Bar and restaurant was very lean. Room was very clean. Great shower pressure. Nice little snack and beverage area if you need something late night. ||Breakfast was good and Marla was a fantastic help with breakfast.

There is a nice selection of breakfast items. Maria was very attentive to our table and made sure we had everything we needed for a great meal. The restaurant is open for dine in experience and room service. I always eat there because it’s convenient and fast.

The hotel room was a spacious and comfortable accommodation with a very large bathroom. The service throughout the hotel was great, but especially in the breakfast buffet. The food was served nice and warm. Marla was very sweet and helped us enjoy our breakfast!

My husband and I always come back due to our consistent excellent stay! Dorthy and Sammy have always been very welcoming and kind everyday. The hotel is very clean and located close to everything within miles! We will always continue to come back

My stay was amazing. It was quite, no annoying noises! The room was very clean, specious, and modern. The bed was comfortable! No complaints! Customer service was also great! Nonna was very polite and welcoming! She helped me at the front desk! Also, the food was a chef’s kiss! Loved their breakfast menu! Would recommend!

This review is way long-overdue! Hotel in a convenient-enough location of Irvine - by car, it’s minutes from everything: stores, shopping malls, beaches, restaurants, uci, gas stations, parks, movie theaters, John Wayne Airport, hiking trails at Crystal Cove, great churches, freeways, etc.

Hotel has both uncovered and covered parking spots.

Pool is indoors on an upper level, no jacuzzi.

Clean building.

I want to highlight night staff - the front desk person, Tyler. Every time I’ve come here, he provides excellent customer service. He’s efficient. Polite. Courteous. Really appreciate his helpfulness & sincerity. Hilton crew, you got a good one on your team. Smart kid.
