This store is located inside VR Mall Nagpur.
Collection is good cause i found the outfit i want to purchase which was out of stock online.
Men and Women section are at different floors but inside the store they have escalators connecting the floors.
As usual waited in long queue for trial room. Girls/women fitting rooms have much long queue. They allow only 7 clothes at a time to take inside for trial.
If you love the h&m brand then a must visit store if you’re in Nagpur.

It was close to closing time, but the store was still open. I wanted to try on some jackets and started trying them on the floor. A floor manager approached me and said that trying on items on the floor wasn’t allowed, so I headed to the fitting rooms. To my surprise, the fitting rooms were already closed, and the staff there told me it was because it was almost closing time. When I raised my concerns, the staff suggested I purchase the jacket and rely on the return policy instead.

Why would I buy apparel from a store if I can’t try it on and then have to go through the hassle of returning or exchanging it later? That defeats the purpose of shopping in-store—I’d rather shop online for that kind of experience.

It feels like common sense is not so common anymore. The staff and management should seriously work on improving their customer service.

PS: No one complained when i was trying on jackets on the floor when it wasn’t a closing time.

“I’m extremely disappointed with the management’s behavior. The manager on duty was dismissive and rude when I brought up a concern. Rather than addressing the issue, they interrupted me and spoke in a condescending tone, making the entire experience uncomfortable.

I expected better treatment, especially when bringing up a genuine concern. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy from management has left me questioning whether I will return. I hope the store prioritizes proper customer service training for their leadership team, as this is not the experience I expected from H&M.”

The shop is in VR Mall 2nd floor.
The quality of clothes are really good but the combination are not great there.
They don't have much offers in Nagpur. Still better as compared to other brand's.

I recently visited H&M, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing.
The billing counter staff was incredibly rude.
Their unprofessional attitude made the checkout process frustrating.
It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service, especially at a well-known brand.
I hope management takes steps to improve their staff's behavior, as it greatly impacts the overall shopping experience.

The fashion is okayish but not that trendy though price range is a bit issue.
The variety of styles and sizes makes it easy to find something for casual wears.
The quality of their clothing is impressive for and I always receive compliments when I wear their pieces. The store layout is inviting, and the staff are friendly and helpful

Well for a hurry need don't get confused just simply visit.

The staff is very helpful and polite. Trendy outfits available. But there’s always a long que for the fitting room.

H&M is one of my favorite brand. Quality is superb and good collection, that we cant get from any other brands.
Little bit costly but worth every penny.
I am super happy with my purchase from H&M, and will buy more things from this brand and will definitely recommend to my family and friends.
