Hotel has good facilities. Staff was excellent (especially Nick at Front Desk). Television never got consistent signal - as if you were watching Dish Network during a thunderstorm the entire time. Didn't realize that when you turned off lights via wall switch - you stopped all charging of cell phones, etc. Bathroom with sliding door / pocket-type door with absolutely no privacy is just dumb.

What an exceptional experience! The staff were especially friendly and welcoming. I felt like I was coming home. The room was spacious, spotless and comfortable, with a relaxing decor and amenities. Plenty of free parking and eateries within walking distance, as well as an on-site dining facility. Well equipped spacious workout gym with adjoining large indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Meeting, conference and party facilities are also on-site, well equipped and appealing. I found the location to be ideal and especially accessible for the entire Peoria area.

This hotel was great except for a couple issues. I loved that there was a restaurant attached to the motel because pulling a moving trailer makes it tough to get around town.

The restaurant cons.. water pressure in shower unless you’re looking for a skin peel! Management should be trying out the showers just to see what they’re like!!

2nd and the worst.. COLD or at best lukewarm coffee. It was cool in both the lobby and what was served to us at breakfast. That is one of the easiest things in the world to fix. I told the front desk about it and went and tried about an hour later and that time it really was cold, not even lukewarm anymore. Not a thing had been done to fix it. The only decent coffee I had there was what I made myself in my room.

Enjoyed my stay. Employees are the best! Exceeded my expectations and Valerie was the sweetest! She was helpful, informative and made me feel comfortable during my stay. The rooms have good views and sleep was good!:) would definitely recommend this place and stay again. They also have a pool here.

Location is right in the middle of shopping and tons of restaurants. Service is amazing! I can not even begin to describe how great the staff were and how comfortable they made me feel. Hotel is very clean, restaurant and bar on sight. Pool is lovely as well.

I stay here a lot over the last six years and the manager and the staff at the hotel and restaurant staff are outstanding here.
I travel about 200 to sometimes 300 hundred days a year and this is one of my favorite places to stay.
The staff really goes out of their way to make sure I feel like I am at home.
