The staff at this property made our stay exceptional! From the front desk (Brandon, I believe?) to the bartenders, Julianna and Frank. They were ALL so personable and enjoyable to be around. We truly appreciate them. We also ordered some food and Christina (Chrissy?) cooked for us. My goodness!! The quality of a meal as simple as a burger, was absolutely outstanding! We also ordered a chicken quesadilla, which was super delicious. It was loaded with chicken and cheese. We were extremely impressed at the over the top service.

There was dirt/food in the crevices of the chairs in our hotel room. The room phone did not work. The staff did nothing when alerted of this. When I attempted to request a late check out, they were exceedingly rude. The front desk staff informed me they couldn't do anything until housekeeping arrived but could not tell me when housekeeping arrived. I asked how they would contact me since I didn't have a working phone, they hung up on me. Then when I called back they didn't answer. I went downstairs a few minutes later and no one was at the front desk and there were no staff around anywhere. The restaurant was out of most of the items on their menu including pancakes, waffles, and fruit.

We really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn West. My husband and I were there for a football game to watch our daughter cheer. The front desk Sam greeted us and was friendly. The cleaning staff Jen was also very nice and would get you whatever you needed. We met Brandon the night manager and Frank the bar tender. Everyone was personal and wanted to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We also had a very nice breakfast. The room is very comfortable, clean and modern. The bed was comfortable as well.

This hotel is very nice, I liked that it had a bar. I was surprised I had to pay for breakfast since anymore so many hotels provide a buffet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable. I’d liked having the added couch and kitchenette. Although the room was cost-effective, it should’ve come with at least a couple dishes a couple glasses and a couple pieces of silverware. The cupboards were bare. I’m not sure what the point was and having the kitchen without any amenities.

I also think the bathroom door should be able to stay open if you want it to. It automatically shut from behind.

I've stayed at numerous local hotels, including other IHG properties, but this one consistently exceeds my expectations. Even though it's a bit further from my final destination, the exceptional guest experience makes it well worth the extra miles.
The hotel's cleanliness is impeccable, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and there's plenty of free parking. Its convenient location near the highway and the onsite restaurant/bar make it a perfect choice for travelers. I can't recommend it enough!

I would avoid this hotel. unless you want a great experience with the staff. the amenities are poor. I would recommend staying elsewhere - Breakfast is not included and no soap in shower - there was not enough towels ,

My room was clean and well kept! The bed was SO comfortable! The ONLY thing I wish was better was the shower pressure. But overall I am very happy with this experience!

This location has been amazing to me!!! I have been staying here for work on and off the last couple months and I had a couple hick ups booking my rooms thru third party website (don't make the same mistake as me, book directly thru Ihg/holiday inn) anyways. They made away for me when I was so afraid I would be sleeping in my car. LINDA helped me. And omg I appreciate it so much. Being far from home and having a campassionate person in charge was so nice. I really thank her from the bottom of my heart!!! Aside from that the place is damn near brand new. I love them. Wonderful staff.
