Positive: The staff are friendly and helpful. It's in a great location, clean, and quiet. Room cleaning does not have to be requested, I just don't display the "do not disturb" sign. Each room has a microwave and good sized refrigerator. Negative: I would prefer fluffier bath linen.

We were very pleased with our room. It was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and linens snowy white. I appreciated the nice variety of cosmetics. This time we added the breakfast vouchers and were so pleased. Our waitress was attentive and the food was great. My omelette was very tender.

I chose this location because a friend of mine who has stayed there before recommended the restaurant for dinner. He was right- it was very nice- and suprising for a hotel dinner. However I prepaid for breakfast the next morning and when I went downstairs to eat before leaving, was told there was no breakfast provided. Even confirmed with the desk clerk that I paid for it, but to no avail, there was no breakfast. The only offering was coffee, which was luke warm at best, so I took a cup to go and left without eating. Overall the property is older, rooms are not as updated as many of the Holiday Inn Express locations where I normally stay, had a tub/ shower instead of a walk in shower, but was adequate. I wouldn't stay at this location again for those reasons. A little disappointed

This Holiday Inn is just wonderful! I stay here on business often. The front desk staff and hotel manager are so thoughtful, kind and always willing to do whatever it takes to make a guest's stay comfortable and enjoyable. Do yourself a favor. Stay at the Holiday Inn Maumee!

Previously I have given this hotel a 5-star review, however after staying here 4 times it is obvious this hotel is a dump. 75%+ of the rooms have serious issues. Broken shower heads, broken tub stoppers, broken TVs, poor housekeeping, HVAC units that do not work properly. The final straw was the fire in the hotel's restaurant on Jan 24th. The owner/operator is from South Asia and clearly is not putting one penny into this property. I have stayed here a lot and I have NEVER seen maintenance staff on the property. In a reversal of my previous advice: DO NOT STAY HERE.

my family, and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel location. The staff was warm and welcoming. Our room was prepared and clean. We were able to still order dinner upon our arrival. It was overall beautiful experience.

Ive stayed here 9 or 10 times now as it is 1/2 way to my semi annual destination. I have tried several other hotels in Maumee and was let down time and time again. After staying here, I come back every time I come through. The hotel is easy on/off I80. The food/ drinks in the restaurant are great and beds are comfortable. The rooms are updated, clean, and the staff is friendly and easygoing.
