Joined a few weeks back and first impressions are important. I do adult fitness classes. These are exactly what I need. Scalable, tried and trusted activities, and great guidance from instructors. Facility is clean and organized. Nothing flashy and overly trendy...it's a very functional gym where you can complete workouts...what I want! Price is right and the owner is extremely responsive and accessible. Chain facilities have their place, but this is what I chose to continue my health journey.

Weightlifting the way it should be, this gym has everything, equipment is In good shape and kept very clean, turf area sort of takes gym to different level than regular gym, sleds, tires, ropes, awesome stuff - 5 stars easy

Kris & his wife pour their hearts into their businesses! It's not just a business venture for them, it's a part of their life/lifestyle. I grew up with Kris constantly in my parents gym (the OG Nazareth Barbell). After transitioning through the years I'm more than happy to see this place still thriving and the family behind it loves it just as much as my family did when they first opened the doors. I love this place! It has everything I need to meet my physical goals that I have set for myself. The staff is incredible. Erin is amazing. This is not like the big box cookie cutter gyms. This place has character.

Kris at Nazareth Strength & Fitness is by far the best thing that has happened for my son. He has gained knowledge on how to train appropriately and the confidence he needed to be successful. He knows how to keep him engaged and pushed him to change his mindset and focus on success on and off the field. Kris is very encouraging and cares about all of the people he trains. He is awesome and a pleasure to deal with as a parent of a 16yo

I joined the gym June 1st of this year so I could attend the "Adult Fitness Class". I am one of the "older" adults in the class and have never worked out at a gym other than joining one of those $10/month gyms(they are a joke). This fitness class is so much fun. You are working out in a group but we are shown the correct way to do the exercise. This is not your ordinary gym. You are getting a class that has knowledgeable instructors. If you want to try something new, this class might be the ticket. I could not even do a sit up when I started. Now I do them with no problem. The workouts are never boring......that's for sure! I have only been working out for about three months but I can already tell I am building strength and getting fit which is my goal.

My older daughter went to Kris for many years. She is now a division I softball player in college. He pushed her in many ways. My younger daughter is going to him now and is a pitcher. She has picked up quite a few miles on her pitch and has made her stronger in many ways. Love this facility and what they give to their members and athletes. More like family.
