DON’T SHOP HERE DURING HOLIDAYS
The wait times are horrible. I wasted 30 mins standing in line to checkout 3 items. They had one cashier checking out 30+ people. Cashier was horribly slow, she saw there are so many people yet she chose to act slow. Store Manager: Carlet please make sure you have adequate staffing during holidays. Don’t ruin people’s holiday shopping experience.

Staff told me store manager Carlet is on vacation. Fire her immediately because she sucks at managing this store and staffing

I arrived on time for portraits. My family of four included two small children. We were dressed up and ready to go. The photographer was working with another client. We waited 25 min while our children grew restless. I asked how much longer it would be he was incredibly rude. He said “it takes what it takes this is the studio!” In a rude and demeaning tone. At that point I just grabbed my lids and left. Do not waste your time with this studio. Whoever this man is is not worth your effort, Better to choose another location for portraits.

Horrible horrible service me and my daughter went to pick up something today and the line took at least 30 minutes. Pickup is supposed to be fast and easy not waiting in the line. And there was even a separate pickup line and the lady there told us to go to the returns and exchange line. The worst service and horrible store.

Christine was AN AMAZING PHOTOGRAPHER. Everyone was super nice. Place was clean and helped us get the best priced photos! Wasn’t expensive and pictures are such great quality 🙂

Horrible experience looking at jewelry . I got there right at 6 and had to go find someone to help me after looking for 15 min without anyone coming up to me. They don’t close till 7! I had very specific things I was looking for and wasn’t finding it here. The lady kept rushing me and showing me things that looked NOTHING like I wanted and refused to show me a bracelet that was $15k. If I couldn’t afford it, I wouldn’t be asking to look at it. I kept telling her it’s not the price that’s the issue ! I don’t want clusters!!! If you don’t have what I want, just say that. At 6:45 she’s says “ well we’re closing soon so you’re gonna have to decide “. You expect me to spend thousands on my jewelry and rush me at the same time ? Why would I settle for something that’s ugly ? Will never buy from here again.

SLOWEST. WORKERS. EVER.

It’s Christmas season and only 2 registers open IN THE ENTIRE STORE. I asked the two ladies standing in front of the beauty cash register with no line and just yapping with each other if I could pay there and they denied me. You wonder why brick and mortar stores are failing? Come to JC Penney and see the reasons why places like these are shutting down. Management is non existent and if they are they don’t care that there’s only 2 registers open with lines halfway into the muddle of the store. I really hope this place shuts down.

Disco is the best photographer ever. She is patient and made sure my dog looked great in the pictures . Latoya and Jada are amazing and made sure I got the best prices ! 10/10.

Clean, but the associates walking around can be a little nicer to customers. None of them greeted, asked if we needed assistance, & just straight up ignore customers. Also, be aware this JCP store CLOSED all of the FITTING ROOMS. Customers around me were upset that they couldn't try on any clothes before purchasing & didn't want to have to come all the way back to the store to return the items.
