This hotel is Run by a Family, that's including the employees that work on the staff are also treated as and is family to them also. Me personally I love their entire teams. They are pretty awesome, patience,humble and mindful that my stay was totally comfortable and lay back. Everyone from the staff to the guest just be chilling, doing them and minding their own business. Everyone there has respect and loved that I was at ease. I'll recommend this hotel to my friends.

1 start is too high. We literally left to sleep at the airport it was so bad. Grossly dirty. The door locks were broken. Electricity to the 1 lamp flickered when I plugged in a phone charger. Straight out of a horror movie. I have pics and video and will post a soon as I can figure out how. {~shiver~} Sept 28th, 2024 - they took advantage of the fact that EVERY decent hotel within 40 miles of Tampa was booked due to hurricane impacts. Stay away!!

Roaches in the room plum nasty this is a place for low income most people live there no workers speak English accept at the front desk residents letting there animals go to bathroom were everyone has to walk they don't clean up after them I went to get coffee from office and bout threw up what ever they was cooking for the farm workers that live there the smell was disgusting!!! Never again I think health department needs to visit them.

Dirty room, no chairs to set in,small fridge on the floor, shower head needed switched years ago, only cabinet had one door, no compliment soaps of any kind. So would I stay again....no way.

Wasn't the nicest quality, however, staff and other residents were absolutely amazing!! The lady who checked us in and out, SO sweet!! We needed something cheap, fast and close on a convention weekend ... I'm glad we found this location!

Rooms right along with the facility is severely outdated and rooms are in bad need of being upgraded. The price of the rooms per night are not up to par with room conditions meaning rooms are dirty and are not well kept.

Este es el lugar más insalubre e indecente que existe en toda la Florida, mal olor, pisos sin limpiar, cortinas, toallas y sábanas sin lavar, aire acondicionado que no funciona, botes lleno de basuras en las entradas de las escaleras,,,,realmente es una tortura quedarse una noche, dista mucho de lo que se muestra en las redes, creo que el personal encargado debería verificar las condiciones reales de las habitaciones y el entorno porque de lo contrario los huéspedes suben engañados buscando un panorama que no existe tal como me ocurrió a mí.

This is the most unhealthy and indecent place that exists in all of Florida, bad smell, unclean floors, unwashed curtains, towels and sheets, air conditioning that does not work, trash cans at the entrances to the stairs... it really is torture to stay a night, it is far from what is shown on the networks, I think that the staff in charge should verify the real conditions of the rooms and the surroundings because otherwise the guests go up deceived looking for a panorama that does not exist as it happened to me.

This room would at least cost $40 a night not good no tv at all felt as if I was incarcerated.all the hotels at 90 + range were all full
