While the staff is nice - the quality of equipment and maintenance is very poor. I was excited to join this community since it was close to my apartment but after a while I noticed much of the equipment is rusted/ outdated/ peeling, etc. I’ve also gotten used to staff regularly cleaning equipment since COVID but never saw it happen at this location. The wipe stations were always 50/50 on being refilled or not dried out. There was also a giant puddle and hole in the ceiling for about a week. Women’s bathrooms were sometimes good and sometimes very dirty- never really liked going in there. I cancelled my contract via the certified letter instructions in the agreement. In my opinion - this gym should get updated and better maintenance for the monthly fee and annual membership charge.

I love coming to Plano South LA fitness. Byran is an Impeccable manager! He helped with a technical issue and account issue that I couldn’t get resolved at any other LA Fitness gym. He is patientt and insightful. He possess incredible customer service skills and knowledge of his job. That’s refreshing in 2024! The team here is fantastic. I love training with all of them. Having a personal trainer is worth every penny. I have a whole new lease on life. They have built me up from ground up and I’m improving to each and every visit.

Shoutout to Bryan who was very nice and patient dealing with me yesterday . He solved a problem temporarily because that’s because it’s not up to him to resolve it permanently. I have issues with LA Fitness because the availability to use the pool is very limited due to contracts they have with swim schools. The sole reason I have a membership at LA Fitness is because I thought I was going to have access to the pool every day. My review of 5 stars is only for Bryan, not LA Fitness . The problem I have with LA Fitness makes my experience a 2 star review.

If yall are looking for a personal trainer, go to Bryan! He is awesome and knows what he’s doing. He works hard to make sure you are understanding the workouts and also is very comfortable to be around. He will make sure you are feeling the burn and keeps you working! Go to Bryan!! He is awesome and will get you in shape! You won’t regret it!!

I’ve been coming to this gym for over a year now and I like it. Had a pt session with Bryan and he pushed me beyond my limits. The gym is clean and not overcrowded. Great experience so far.

Out of all the locations I have been to, this location has the cleanest locker room. The basketball court is not always crowded with people. Overall the cleanest and best location to get in and out,
