This store was great, a lot of products and great designs for all ages. They have a very varied children's department with many Disney pieces. The store is very well organized and the prices are in relation to the quality of the product. A good economical and beautiful purchase option. The staff was polite.

We have been to the ones in Boston and we're excited when this one opened. We went on Thursday, opening day, we walked right in, but the lines were long but not unbearable for check out. We didn't ever try to go upstairs.

Went back on Saturday and there was about a 10 minute wait outside, but very comfortable inside and plenty of room to go upstairs.

I wish I got her name (I think it was Liz?), but one of the managers was VERY kind to the employee saying that it was in to not know if they hadn't been trained in that area. She was very encouraging and why on to even say how much she valued him and were so glad he is working there with them!

We will be back! The store is clean and organized obviously since just opening, but from observing visits in Boston, it'll continue to be!

There are things that can still improve, after making a long line with thunderstorm included xd, it is appreciated that there is not much variety in the men's department, it is understood that it is an economic clothing store based on basics, very much in the style of Uniqlo, but they have limited merchandise that there are not many options to choose from. Same with Disney collections on the top level.

The prices of the garments can sometimes be more than justified, especially knowing that they are being supplied from the Distribution Center in Jacksonville and that, due to their policies, they do not make online sales. The very helpful staff, regardless of whether you are not bilingual, help you with whatever you need.

Hay cosas que aun pueden mejorar, después de hacer una larga fila con tormenta eléctrica incluida xd, se aprecia que no hay mucha variedad en el departamento de hombres, se entiende que es una tienda de ropa económica basada en básicos, muy al estilo de Uniqlo, pero tienen una mercancía limitada que no hay muchas opciones para escoger. Lo mismo con las colecciones de Disney en el nivel superior.

Los precios de las prendas, en ocasiones pueden estar más que justificados, más sabiendo de que están siendo surtidos desde el Centro de Distribución en Jacksonville y que, por sus políticas, no hacen ventas online. El personal muy servicial, independiente de que uno no sea bilingüe, te ayudan con lo que necesites.

I visited the new Primark in Orlando, and it was clear that the hype surrounding its opening was still going strong. The store was overcrowded, possibly because of its newness, and there was a single point of entry, leading to a line just to get in. I was in the area to make a return and decided to check it out. The upstairs section is dedicated solely to Disney apparel, which makes sense given its proximity to Disney World, but I was hoping it would offer more, like the café that Primark’s European locations have. The best thing that they have in this location is self check out. Although this store appears larger than the Primark in Sunrise, it seems to carry less diverse merchandise. I was expecting more variety, but it felt limited overall.

PRIMARK ORLANDO has officially opened in Orlando, Florida at the FLORIDA MALL. It is a massive store with a wide selection from men’s, women’s, beauty, accessories, travel shop, and a Disney store. The second floor is all dedicated to Walt Disney World items by PRIMARK. Prices are very good and definitely recommended to take a visit and find affordable clothing!

Be aware you’ll have to wait in a line to get in. Disney section upstairs is smaller than expected. They have good value and prices on basic goods and necessities.

Please be aware that if you do not have a receipt, even if merchandise still have a price label they will not be exchange or do a store credit. We bought items during Christmas, however we needed to do an exchange of the items and they did not honor the exchange per the store manager. We drove there for nothing and it is over crowded and difficult to park.
