Our room needs updating for it to be considered a 4 star hotel. The water never get really hot. It it ranges warm to medium hot. The handle is old and hard to turn on and off. The remote on the phone doesn’t work. They don’t have a microwave in the room but the store sales microwavable. The menu is very limited in the restaurant. They say they have free water for the rooms and they charge 5 dollars for a bottle. Some of the plugs don’t work on the night stand. Room service is very limited. They say they will deliver your laundry back to your room they don’t. There isn’t any breakfast for free you have to pay extra 40.00 a night to have access to the room. I have never gave a review like this for any hotel I have ever stayed in.

This is a very nice hotel with a very nice fitness center. Had a lovely pool. Like so many hotels there was all sorts of fancy tea, but no black tea.

On site parking was a breeze and the staff was very accommodating even in advance. I would definitely stay here again. I’m so sorry. I didn’t take any photos.

One more saying the elevators were very fast to get to you.

Exactly the level of service you would expect. Paying for self parking in the garage is a bit much, but I get it. The room was nice. Bed was comfortable. There was peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling, which was disappointing. Water pressure was fine, but shower head was too low for a 6'2" person. Amenities we fine. There was a fair bit of noise from the hall that came into the room. It wasn't noisy guest, just paper thin walls/door.

Won't be very impressed if you're looking for luxury. The main entry to the hotel was very luxurious. My biggest complaint was with not being able to get what I needed for the anniversary weekend as well as the carpet and items being very worn, but then again I should've planned better. I had one of the best suites I was told. Stains all over the carpet. Location is prime for this area though.

I’ve had two meetings at this venue. The food for all of them has been really good and the service of the hotel staff has been amazing both at the front desk and the catering area. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Spacious room. Clean!
The front desk at check in was so nice! She let us check in early which was great because we were displaced due to the hurricane and tired from the previous few nights of little to no sleep. We didn't experience much of the hotel as we were really there to get some AC and sleep, but we were thankful for the kind service and clean, quiet room!

We stayed here for five days and four nights. We had a very nice suite. The suite was very spacious and comfortable. AC was great!!! The hotel is in a good area although not really close to downtown.

We had a great weekend stay here. Hotel was clean. Room was spacious and clean. Had great facilities and restaurants. Pool was good. Location was great for restaurants and shopping. Would recommend staying if your in Georgetown. We did a day trip into Austin and it was about 30 minutes. Close enough to go for the day.
