Big thrift store . A little cheaper than Family Thrift store . Great selection of shoes in good condition. Has discount color tags . Not very busy. Very clean and fast check out service. Plus plenty of free parking. Has lots of dishes ,cooking pots and glasses.

This place used to be decent. Now that is going through a remodel. Prices are a bit higher. And they have added self check outs but an associate has to ring you up which is so stupid because they have one person there for everyone so the line takes 5 times longer. They should’ve just kept the registers. Whoever thought about this in corporate should get fired. Nobody likes this. Specially the employees because they are having to deal with more upset customers.

No changing rooms. High prices ($25 Paige & Banana Republic jeans) so you can really only shop the 50% off color tags. Shoes are not organized in any way. The checkout appears to be self-checkout with a long line of open scanning registers just like a grocery store, but NOPE you'll get yelled at! Also you have to magically know the first 4 registers are for cash only because there is no signage. The only good things about this place are that the aisles are wide and the racks are not packed.

Worst customer service ever! I went to the store and picked up a basket full of clothes. There was one jacket with no tag on it. Once I got to the register I advised the lady of the no tag and that I was one in the back same brand, color and size and if we could use that for the price. She with no hesitation took it out my hand removed it from the hanger and told me "NO, you have to come back on Monday when someone is able to re-price it". I asked if she was serious because how inconvenient when it's a Saturday and you telling me to wait until a Monday which is not ga guaranteed. I asked if she could put my name on it and I'll be back for it and again I was laughed at and told no. Unfortunately for the store I left all items and went to ROSS where the customer service is better, items are new. I'd rather spend a few more dollars for better customer service, business process and the ability to purchase all items that I intend to purchase. I tired calling the store a few times today 11/23/2024 and no one never answered. This just reminded me why I stopped going to that store. I'll to to my regular stores with good customer service from here on out. You lost a customer today because of a missing price tag as if you are selling top dollar items. The price of the item in the back was priced $12.99 and I'm pretty sure the no tag item was the same or less. You lost a customer that was paying for a basket full of clothes for possibly $13 or less.

Absolutely disgusted and so sad to say that I will never come back to one of my favorite thrift stores. The price gouging Has seriously gotten out of hand don’t just take my word for it. Take a look at these photos and go ahead and look up the items price online and tell me why the thrift store prices are more expensive than brand new at the store.Pretty sad.

It was my first visit l, I found exactly what I was looking . Prior to my shopping experience I was greeted by J. whom was very Helpful and Pleasant. I was Checked by another Courteous younglady by the name of Natasha, when I told her that it was my first visit and was very pleased, She took the time to explain the different Discount Days and how to apply them and the hours of operation. This store has Great Customer Service and a wide variety of different items, in a Clean environment ?.

This store used to be great. Had decent prices and employees were nice. Good discount day for vets and seniors. Employees are still nice but the prices are outrageous now. They think they are a high end boutique. 15 to 20 bucks for used pair of Levi's. 18 bucks for a holster button up shirt. Even with my vet discount on Wednesday I still wouldn't pay that prices they have. They can price their items however they like but the racks are packed because people aren't buying. I went to the last half off day and even at 50% off the price was still too high. With prices like these don't know how they are still in business. All these brands they price up you can get at the goodwill way cheaper.

I used to love coming here to shop because the prices were so reasonable and they had a good selection. Now their prices are higher than buying something brand new. the jean prices are exorbitant, the shirt prices are outlandish and the shoes are outrageous. Why would I pay more for used stuff than new? I won't. If I'm going to pay high prices, I'll buy new not used.
