Was gonna come shop here today until i read the reviews and replies from the owner.

Why even reply to peoples reviews if youre just going to give them a genertic "copy-pasted" response, and not even address their concerns about your overpriced items, but instead be like, "well everyone likes shopping at second hand stores now so... we can do whatever we want."

So I take it that you have no issue charging near full price for used, donated items because you feel you can turn a nice profit on items that people donated with the intention of it helping out the disadvantaged? Btw a quick Google search shows that leather shien jackets at around $23 as it is...

I hope people read these reviews before they donate so they realize their donations are going towards people who can resell by flipping items and this store is benefitting from that rather than helping the needy. Ive donated here in the past, but will never make that mistake again.

Your prices are insane now, and it’s not justifiable. If I wanted to shop vintage store prices, I’d go to a vintage store or seek a curating shopper. It’s ridiculous to take advantage of your customers; You receive FREE inventory and jack up the prices in order to cater to the slim demographic of people who are resellers. Do better! 🙁

$20 for a coat from Shein is ridiculous. If you’re going to try and rebrand as a vintage resale outlet, at least have some kind of quality control.
If anyone is looking for vintage clothing, try actual local vintage spots like the Discovery Shop, Sequoia Vintage, or The Odd Shop downtown. Don’t give money to a place that was supposed to be helping those in need and has increased their prices at least 6 different times in the last year alone.

I love this thrift store! The best in town! Goodwill and rescued treasures do not compare, they're ridiculous with their pricing. You still have a chance to score with vintage or collectible items at a reasonable price at this store. Also, always great customer service, the employees here are amazing!

Newly remodeled store is great. But...16 people in line-one checker. One women in the back of the store was too busy ordering workers around and yakking but thankfully finally noticed the line and step up to checkout.
