We were in town for a family wedding. Everyone made us feel so welcomed and they made sure our every need was met. Rooms were spotless as was the rest of the property. We will stay here again when we're back in Milwaukee.

I was impressed at how beautiful the room looked, however, I was not impressed that when I took a shower. There was no body wash in the container. I improvised and used a shampoo instead.
I was also not impressed by the fact that there were 2 of us in the room and only one paper coffee cup to drink from.
I was also unimpressed when I picked up one of the glass drinking glasses, and there were lip stains all around the rim of one of the glasses and fingerprints as well.
This place is a very expensive hotel, and the room charge is also very expensive. The least they could've did was had their rooms properly set up.
I went down the restaurant area and there was a couple in front of me that the host led into the empty dining room. As I waited my turn, he then came back, walked right past me as if I was invisible and never asked me if I needed a seat or a table. My reply to him was I must be invisible as I walked away very upset with no coffee and no food before leaving this hotel.
I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anybody.

Came here for a birthday celebration, only to find out that there was a political rally event taken place at the hotel. The hotel and adjacent parking garage were barricaded off by local authorities which was an annoying inconvenience. Even when finally made into the building we were not granted access because the authorities were setting security screening devices and testing them. The front desk manager was very friendly polite and apologized for the inconvenience. She sent up a bottle of champagne the room which a pleasant addition to our birthday celebration. The rest of the staff were amazing . We enjoyed our stay, the room was perfect and the restaurant and their staff were polite courteous and attentive. Thank you for making a birthday celebration special and memorable.

The entire restaurant staff was great, and the food was excellent, especially the breakfast. Kelly and Eric made sure everything came out hot and timely. Standard rooms, but very helpful staff, especially Jasmine and Heather, and the stay overall was great. Would definitely stay again were we to be in Milwaukee.

Overall had a great stay at the Westin. Our only complaint is that the mini fridge in the rooms have to be turned on, and then only stay on for 2 hours. Not ideal and not intuitive. Great stay otherwise.

The highlight of our Westin stay was the breakfast at Stella’s. Kelly and Natalie and Jody provided first-rate service. We felt like special guests and the food and presentation were excellent. Classy hotel overall.

Had a phenomenal breakfast at the Westin served to me by a friendly and attentive server named Natalie. The ambiance of the Stella Van Buren restaurant with its big plate glass windows looking out over the city was an added bonus. Breakfast prices were not high considering the cost of a comparable dinner at the same venue. Definitely give it a recommendation.
