Very nice location. Vast variety of items including clothes, sports, toys, food, cleaning needs, health and beauty, electronics, pet supplies, drinks, tools, home decor, car supplies. The location has a pharmacy and a vision center for glasses and contacts. Store has customer service with money transfering and tobbacco products.

The first time visiting here and quite frankly with all of the Supercenters Walmart now have I was very surprised for the Williamsport area this Walmart was underwhelming. Grocery area for instance was tiny and less than half in area than other Walmarts I've been in I just think Williamsport and environs someday will see a larger store to better fit the area.

Would it hurt your people that work at the self- checkout to smile and say good morning or have a nice day? One gentleman did say good morning but as I was leaving an older woman with long blond hair who is always there, just stood there looking like she would be anywhere else but at work. I'm a regular customer there and if she's not on her phone she's complaining to another worker about one thing or another! Why you have people like her working where the customers are totally amazes me, it wasn't always like this, just when she started working there. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for Ms. Doom and Gloom working the self checkout lane.

Overly stuffed with seasonal products in isles made the place crowded. Barely got the shopping cart past others, and also had to wait for others to pass by to enter main isles. Good is that they had plenty of cashiers unlike other stores. Got through checkout out quickly.

My experience at Walmart is always a pleasant one. The associates are very attentive if needed due to my needs as I'm in a wheelchair. However, if I have ever needed additional assistance my needs were met with a smile and warm conversation.

I feel like my entire experience is determined by who is working on specific days.

It's as if you are experiencing the movie coralline in real time, you never know if you're going to have an enjoyable conversation with lots of support and feel welcome to come back for whatever you need or you'll feel like you are invading someone's own personal house.

Main note though, is the lack of response when you press the call buttons they have for pregnancy tests and the one for flea and tick prevention and care stuff. About a month ago, I waited about 35 minutes to pick up flea collars for my cats and said, "Nah, I'll just go to pet smart."

The days it's the good workers it's a 4.5, the days it's the nonchalant, unmotivated, unwilling employees it's a 1.5, so I took the average at 3

The store is fine, but if you need grocceries, this place has too small of a selection. I have come here several times to only waste my time and find out they don't stock a certain ingredient or offer another food item that any other walmart does. If you need grocceries, visit the Weiss next door.
